Requirements of Documents
Requirement of documents vary from country to country, but the following documents are a must before making a final deal for sending workers overseas. We follow the in-detail government provisions to avoid unnecessary hassles to the workers.
Principle Documents
- Demand Letter
- Power of Attorney
- Employment Agreement/Contract
- Agreement Between Two Companies
- Job Guarantee Letter
- A copy of power of attorney duly authenticated/attested/issued by the foreign employer in favor of the recruiting agent to act on his behalf.
- A copy of demand letter from the employer in our name containing details the type of worker required, nature and the number of workers, wages/salary, qualification, experience and other terms and conditions of services and benefits which the employer would like to offer.
- Document granting permission from the competent authority for employment of workers in the country i.e. visa advice/consular letter/work permit should be sent.
- A specimen copy of employment contract or service agreement mentioning wages offered and list of benefits including accommodation, food, medical facilities, leave, etc.
